Longevity Brew promise to dispatch within 72 hours of receiving an order subject to availability. If in the process of acquiring, or any other delay, we will promptly inform you.
Shipping
Shipping is done via Australia Post and delivery times are quoted or guaranteed by them, or by other couriers and transport companies as the case may be.
Choice/selection and method of preparation for consumption of the product is entirely your own choice. Our descriptions are indicative but not binding.
Comments Relating to Health and Longevity
Comments relating to Health, wellbeing and a prolonged life if you consume black coffee. The information that Longevity Brew provides in this site, is Research collected from medical and health organisations. The consumption of coffee is not for everyone. If you think you have or have a medical condition that may impact your ability to consume coffee, you must always consult you General Practitioner (GP) before consumption.
Return and Refund
In the case of the product arriving damaged, Australia Post and/or other couriers must be notified immediately and the goods returned to Longevity Brew.
If product arrives incorrectly supplied as per order, goods must also be returned and in both cases, we will return new product, at no additional charge or a refund granted if deemed appropriate, as well as a refund for the original cost of transport.
Refunds are not granted if the customer returns goods not liking what the customer ordered or realises the order is incorrect.
Selection, brewing method and consumption of the coffee is entirely the customer's choice and Longevity Brew will assume no responsibility for this choice.
Payments are processed by Stripe; Longevity Brew assumes no responsibility for their method of collecting and storing personal data.
Longevity Brew reserves to right to change their product range and selection of beans as deemed necessary for market purposes or other reasons.
